I've spent a lot of time on the Graco website watching tutorials. I made money and I was very happy. But then I had to fill in the color and realized the design flaw of this device. The lower part of the ink holder is removed for refilling, but it is very difficult to remove this part without unscrewing the upper part of the ink holder. And if the top of the paint holder is unscrewed at this point, a lot of paint will flow through the top's threads and you won't get a good seal and air will leak back. I had to clean the whole block twice. although I was in the middle of a project because I couldn't get a good print because of it. The bottom of the ink holder should be very tight to the top, but if you screw it on too tight it will be very difficult to loosen without loosening the top. The whole experience was disappointing and I doubt I will ever use this device again. It seems that a minor design change could improve this performance.
