Recently, I made a disappointing purchase from the internet retailer Cablz. Although they have an extensive inventory of tools, home improvement items, safety gear, and PPE, the quality of their web store leaves much to be desired. The website's layout and ordering procedure were both frustrating. Several glitches delayed and irritated me as I attempted to complete my purchase online. I contacted customer support because I was having a problem, but I got unhelpful and unsatisfactory responses. Cablz stands out from the crowd because of how little care it takes to ensure satisfied customers. When compared to competing online retailers, Cablz falls short in the areas of customer service and ease of access to help and problem solving. In sum, I was underwhelmed by my time spent shopping on the Cablz website and am hesitant to do business with them again. To better satisfy their customers' needs, they could enhance the features of their website and their customer support.
