I love to bake and my desktop convection oven quip didn't bake anything. It took me a while to be able to research and find another countertop oven. I took a chance because of the name and bought it. Best to buy for baking. I bake everything in it. Yes, it's all in the form of cupcakes, but I love it because I can control how everyone in the house eats cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Like I said, I love baking! 15 minutes and done! Excellent work. Less if you don't want it to turn golden brown. Baking is a breeze and the second layer is crispy like a crust. My family loves this. No greasing, just pour and bake. Plug it in and when the green light or both come on, pour in the batter and you're done. Just wipe clean and you're done.
