will not remain connected. Look elsewhere for a solution as this is not one of them. Doesn't work as advertised.

Boy you're not doing anything wrong with the install. Following the directions on the note didn't get me anywhere. The app-guided installation was not only at odds with the quick install guide, but it was better if you used the scan code on the back of the device. Otherwise, you will be prompted for a device password if none is provided. And nowhere is it mentioned that it only works with 2.4GHz WiFi. Cruel, tough, tough supervision. It is not mentioned in any literature, not even on the packaging or in advertising on Amazon. If it wasn't for the Q&A here I would have been screwed and it would have been sent back. Now I get notifications but no emails. I thought I would as they asked for it during account setup. I'm asking a question in hopes of a quick response. I like the battery level indicator in the app. Cons: When you make changes to the app's settings, it tries to save them. The spinning wheel goes round and round and never fulfills its task. It doesn't seem well thought out when executing mundane settings. I hope it works better than the setup and settings menu. UPDATED ON 6/13/19 ===>. As others have said, he will not be in touch. i want to listen Purchase at your own risk. But I'm very disappointed in its performance, or lack thereof. It beeps to let you know there is water, but it doesn't tell my phone or iPad like it did on the app for the first few days. I wish I had found this out before the return deadline. Now it's just an expensive noise generator that I could buy from Amazon or another big department store for $10. All of my original notes above are still valid and now, without warning, it's pretty much useless.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not sure
