I bought this product it was good but if you are planning to pierce your lip I wouldn't use the lip rings or studs that they have. are too small and can cause infection, and the piercing digs into your skin, causing pain and discomfort. Since your skin will swell when poked, the cleats will be a tight and snug fit, be sure to purchase a 1/2" shank or if you find wider use for better results. :)
