Although I've always had an excellent fifty dollar full frame, I haven't used it much. When I switched to a smaller set, this was one of my most used lenses. Naturally when I got the Fuji I bought this lens and couldn't be happier. I have to think of a specific shot that requires a different focal length to shoot with this lens. It just gives the photos a certain look, or as some people say, magic. Now I want 56 1.2 with it!
