Review on 🎥 DVC120 Digital Video Capture and Authoring Device by Dazzle by Ricardo Stewart

I originally purchased this product as the Dazzle 90. After countless hours (yes, hours!) of phone and email technical support at Pinnacle Software, they "upgraded" me for free. for Dazzle 120. I'm trying to convert VHS-C tapes to digitized form on my computer for post-processing with Magix software. Downloading device drivers downloaded from Pinnacle, updating USB drivers, downloading patches from Pinnacle, etc. etc. etc. I've never been able to shoot more than 30 seconds of a movie at a time and the program keeps crashing. My computer cannot "find" Dazzle due to the above USB issues. Connect, disconnect, restart, etc. This article clearly does not live up to expectations. foosball? Last week I called Pinnacle and asked for more help. Your Answer? "Oh, you must go and buy a new model. She works much better. The old model is no longer supported." Am I going to go and shell out more money? No. Stay away from anything Pinnacle Software releases and your life will be a lot less full of headaches and stress (not to mention that you will have money for a really working user interface).
