I am not impressed with this item. I originally thought that ibwas bought the same kind of bug leaves to cling to the holidays that people use for decoration. It's not like this. Good. Read the instructions. Installation was NOT easy. You need to spray the window with water, remove this protective layer, and then smooth out this film. It was tricky because the foil is very tight and doesn't want to lay flat, so I'm struggling with this large roll of foil. Also, no tool shown in the instructions is provided to press the film against the window. I tried it with a spatula for about an hour and a half. Eventually I gave in and glued it in place until I found another solution for our bathroom window. The pattern is pretty, apart from the band around it, it really does look like shimmering stained glass in the sun.
