The Flow function was the primary motivation for purchasing the mouse, which is compatible with both Windows and Mac (switching between computers by moving the mouse pointer from one monitor to another). My experience with ergonomics has been positive; there have been no discomforting backlashes, and there have been no unequal gaps. The mouse that I have is properly put together, there are no problems with it, and the materials are really pleasant to the touch. Bluetooth is used to connect the mouse to Apple computers, while Unifying is used to connect it to PCs. The connection is strong and reliable in both instances; there are no issues with either one. I would give the mouse itself a rating of five stars. However, the performance of the software on Macs is quite poor. You are able to access the settings and make adjustments, and the user interface functions effectively. But, at some point during the process, the scroll direction will switch, and the Flow function will become inoperable. This issue has been present for a considerable amount of time (scrolling was the same with my previous MX Anywhere 2 mouse). After that, changing the direction of scrolling in Logitech Options is pointless because this setting will not have any effect on the mouse until the computer is restarted. Until then, this setting will remain unchanged. Also, because the mouse is so big, using the button to switch between computers is a cumbersome process. There is a lack of clarity regarding the reason why Logitech is unable to get the driver to run on Mac. It has come to my attention that the faulty Logitech mouse driver is the only cause behind my need to restart the Computer. When there are two computers linked to Flow, the program becomes more difficult to operate because of the second display. It would be convenient if, in addition to changing the mouse cursor, you could also swap the mouse and keyboard from one computer to another by utilizing the buttons on the MX Keys keyboard. Now the keyboard has changed, but the mouse is still functioning normally on the same device as before.
