Total disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality test!!!

After searching for information on this problem, I realized that my case was not an isolated one, I found several topics with reviews, when people were sold mice with scratched glides in the same way (I attach pictures).

  • I do not recommend buying any Logitech products! I did not think that such a simple product as a mouse could cause so much trouble and hassle. My history: 04/12/2022 I bought MX Master 3 in ONLINETRADE. RU, I didnโ€™t check the goods upon receipt, although no one offered me - this is my mistake, which everyone now refers to, then you will understand why . Already at home, I noticed that the protective sticker is damaged; I opened the box and saw that the cardboard insert (with cable and papers) was slightly torn, which is strange, since the product is new, but this prompted me to closely examine the mouse. Turning it in the light, I saw that the glides (lower legs) were scratched, as if someone had already used it. On the same day I took the goods to the store in order to return the money, they drew up an acceptance certificate for warranty service. A few hours later, a call from the store - "the serial numbers on the mouse and the box do not match." Cool. I thought someone 100% changed the mouse. Contacting Logitech user support, it turned out that this is normal, on all their products the serials on the box and device are different, they cannot confirm that this particular mouse was in the box when buying. Nobody can! :) I corresponded with the store, they assured me that they had checked the entire chain from the moment of delivery to the moment the goods were issued to me - while the goods were in their area of โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹responsibility, based on this, I make a preliminary conclusion that Logitech sent them the goods in this condition (that they, of course they deny, referring to the store). On 04/16/2022, the store reported that they had contacted the distributor and the refund was refused, since the mouse has traces of use (there was no talk of serial numbers). Total: the store refers to Logitech, which in turn refer to the store. Nobody returns the money. No one can confirm that this is a box from a specific product. All I have to do is write a claim, do an independent examination and go to court. I will never buy anything from Logitech again, and I advise you to do the same.

Pros: Excellent ergonomic mouse, got rid of wrist pain with it Has cons: The sensor leaves much to be desired, the polling rate is rather low. heavy
