Maybe it's just me, but it hurts too much and sucks me in - makes you swollen and red and then pale like bad circulation. However, it serves its purpose. It doesn't hurt every time, but most of the time it hurts. The pull is strong because it sucks you in so far. It will also pop out if there is no strong suction. I tried the reverse trick, the flower plug works differently than the lid. The measurement in ounces is inaccurate by 0.5. Good product but I have to adjust a few times before putting the baby on - I need 2 hands and don't want to lose the adjustment while it's on! lol
