Review on ⚙️ Optimized Pressure Balance Cartridge for Peerless Single-Function - RP70538 by Jason Dahlkemper

I had a problem where sometimes the hot water in the shower wasn't working and the switch was dripping. After disassembling it many times, getting a partial repair, and then doing it all over again, I decided the cartridge was bad. After several visits to hardware stores and buying faulty cartridges, I bought these. The cartridge I received was manufactured 6 months ago. , and the updated system is displayed. (additionally the building was 2-3 years old) You can see the differences in my photos. The brew setting is much easier to adjust, although I had to adjust mine almost fully to the hot limit for this particular cartridge (see photos). The only thing I didn't need was a check valve as mine is still in good condition, unfortunately pictured with the cartridge. You need to buy a check valve separately if you think you need to replace it. Very easy installation, hope this review helps.
