I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to help another patient with chronic neck pain. I have had chronic neck pain for many years and I am only 31 years old. Over the past few years I've spent several hundred dollars on various pillows - even going broke and buying expensive feather pillows from the company's store - all to no avail as the pain was unrelenting. I took a chance on this pillow and am very glad I did. The first night I kept all the filling in and it was too hard for me. However, after that night I removed a couple (about ten) handfuls of stuffing as others had suggested and gave it a try. Since that night I have had significant pain relief! The pillow conforms to your head and neck, and you can position the padding to give you excellent support. It's been almost two weeks since I received this pillow and not once have I woken up with a sore neck! This is an honest review. Try this pillow if like me you were desperate. Hope it works for you :)
