Basically a big bag.
There is velcro that separates the top and bottom, but I wasn't impressed. Nothing extreme or heavy with weight stays neatly inside. Actually, it's just a bag to stuff stuff in. In short, I have my rescue, first aid and various tools with connection cables. Copes with the job but would prefer sewn-in dividers.
