Too bad we didn't stumble across these gems a few months ago. This accessory does exactly what it was made to do and solves a very common sous vide problem that has been driving us nuts for a while. They hold or weigh pockets very well and are compact and heavy to keep everything submerged. We considered trying other weights, but didn't want the products to come directly into contact with our food. Binding clips and smaller magnets worked, although we couldn't use them to weigh down bags every time...some products just gave off too much gas. This is a universal solution. Very satisfied
