I installed them in my 2000 Yukon XL. There is a flight through the air, but all this does not work. I changed the coil springs, installed regular dampers, but squatted too much when towing. It's a bit of work to get into the bumper pockets, but they're okay. When towing a heavy trailer they prevent the full squat I got (even with the WD hitch) and at freeway speeds when you hit a big bump they prevent the vehicle and trailer from "limping" in the middle how much downward force is carried . all is well.
