It was connected incorrectly! When we installed it, the car started having all sorts of problems that weren't there before. Finally, after much troubleshooting, we found that the ignition was wired incorrectly. After fixing this problem, the machine works fine, no more problems. I don't think this issue is seller related, I think it was a production issue. So when you order this, compare it to the one you are replacing to make sure the wires are in the right place.
