I bought this filter/regulator kit for my daughter's new caravan. I also bought a new drinking water hose. The filter is simply screwed onto the hose. I gently pulled her towards the washing machine and turned on the water. It was leaking, but I expected I would normally just tighten them until they stopped leaking. However, the more I pulled, the more it leaked. I removed and inspected the filter. It seemed ok so I started over. I only tightened hand tight, and when I tightened (not very tight) the threads snapped and it was all over. I cannot recommend this product. I sent it back and got a full refund. Thanks Revin
