Review on Get Organized In Style: BoYata Adjustable Height Monitor Riser Stand For TV, PC, Laptop, And IMac by Jacob Fish

This is an update to my review. Initially I wrote the review below, but the company was kind of enough to email me and explain that I had put the top plate on upside down, which is why the screws wouldn't lie flat. We reassembled it and it works perfectly. This company actually went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and explain my mistake. I'm impressed!The product feels heavy and well made. However, the screws in the top plate won't go in far enough to lie flush with the top. I can feel that the screws will strip if I try to turn them any more. By the way, this product did come with extra screws and stick-on pads for the top to keep the monitor from slipping off, so some of the reviews might be for an outdated product. But I'm not super happy about the screws.trying to decide whether to return it.
