Good counter. Very accurate. I am measuring deep cycle DC batteries and can see stable down to 0.001 volts. You really need that kind of precise resolution when you're dealing with solar panels and deep cycle. The device is accompanied by a manufacturer's certificate showing how it was tested at the time of manufacture. It shows different voltages and test results of the blocks. In terms of value for money, I rate it worse because it is a very expensive voltmeter. But expect it to last for many years so I was willing to invest in better gear.
