Bought these for two purposes...1. Support the back of my keyboard so it tilts a little better. I thought I could stack two squares on top of each other, but no. The non-adhesive side is covered with a kind of sticky mass that cannot be washed off with alcohol and no other rubber buffer will stick to it. This is most likely a release agent used in the manufacture of bumpers to make them easier to fall out of shape. Knowing they're made in China...that's probably toxic.2. Lift my Wicked Edge knife sharpener attached to a 1 inch thick piece of Corian off the counter and keep it from slipping. I placed one of the round bumpers on each corner of the 350mm x 220mm x 26mm piece of Corian that my Wicked Edge is attached to. When I first pushed the sharpener away from me, three of the four bumpers on the quartz countertop slid off the bottom. Best of all... the physical rubber bumper separates from the adhesive! The glue was still on the piece of Corian, but the rubber bumper was no longer attached to it. Again, I think it's the release agent and the fact that it won't peel off or stick to it. Be careful buyers...they are very poor quality and the adhesive is defective at best.
