Review on Hammerhead 7 5 Amp Variable Hammer Concrete by Seth Damain

I had to drill 16 (10mm) holes 4" deep in concrete. barely scratched the surface of the concrete. So I stopped and waited for a new drill and when my drill arrived I immediately switched it on with a drill from another drill. I was able to drill 8 holes in 30 minutes. I would recommend this drill to my friends, it works very well and is great value for money (this section was added to the review on 07/06/21) - Received my drill on 05/14/21 and used my new one for a few days later drill and the chuck fell apart. I called the company and they sent a replacement. Well 2 weeks went by smoothly so I called back (spoke to the same person as the first time) and explained that I hadn't received any tracking information so I have no idea if there will be a drill or not, I still waiting for an email with tracking information. In the meantime I went ahead and bought another drill bit to finish the job. On 6/30/21 I was told the same thing as last time, except this time it was put at the front of the queue and that I would receive an email with tracking information once it was dispatched and after a week nothing. "BE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED" (7/6/21 version)
