I am a high school mixed class teacher with live and remote students. Our school district uses Zoom for remote classroom access. I open Zoom, share my computer screen with the remote controls and project the screen onto the whiteboard. I bought this mic so I can walk around and teach in my class as usual while still being able to hear and speak to distant students. I plug a small charger into my Mac and charge it during the day when I'm not using it. I also teach college classes at night. We are 100% zoom at the moment and I am teaching this lesson from my home laptop. I also use this microphone for this course. This little microphone works very well. I've used it with my Mac at school, my laptop at home, and my iPhone. My daughter says when I call her the sound quality is better when I use the mic than when I'm just on the phone. There are hundreds of microphones. I'm not a techie, bought this device based on the reviews. I love this little headset with mic so much that I am planning to buy a second one so I don't have to carry this headset from home to school and back.
