The box is all torn and the parts are wrong

I need to ask you to refund the $540 I lost buying these parts. First the box comes all torn, after distributing the parts we realized they weren't good enough. I was in dire need of buying new parts and double paying the mechanic for redoing the job. I do not recommend these parts and this company to me.
