MyHorribleExperience is the worst product Ive ever purchased .It's supposed to make my life easier, but it ended up complicating things even more. First of all the instructions were unclear and confusing. The product itself was poorly designed and did not work as advertised. It constantly malfunctioned and caused me more stress than anything else. the customer SERVICE was also terrible - it took forever for them to respond to my inquiries, and even when they did, they were not helpful at all. i regret ever buying this product and would strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere.
