1. Good picture quality2. It's more like video surveillance, recording all the time to a 16GB SD card on a camera accessed from your phone, so there's no cloud service fee. (Older videos will be deleted automatically) Stores 1-2 days of video. You can upload whatever you want to the camera.3. It has a motion recording function, but I haven't explored it yet.4. Good customer service when I had a Q. Here are suggestions: 1. I had a Q for the install, but the instructions aren't very good. It would be nice if there was a detailed video on YouTube.2. The camera light comes on when I press the ON/OFF button quickly. It would be nice to be able to turn it on and off from your phone. A motion and light sensor for the lighting would also be nice, so that it only turns on at night and when there is movement.3. It has features where it sends alerts to SMTP/FTP servers. These functions are impractical. It should have a function to send a notification/picture to the phone. I highly recommend this camera. I've been testing this over 2-3 weeks and plan to buy more.
