Review on HQST Polycrystalline Connectors Efficiency Applications by Nick Whitman

Ordered 6 modules, one of 4 packs and one of 2 packs. 1 panel (part of a 2 pack) was delivered smashed and as they were packaged right next to each other the other panel was scratched by glass shards from one panel. The plan is for 2 packs to be returned and I now need to order 2 more panels. This issue is partly an error by UPS as the box was quite dented and there was a notch/hole on the side of the box that matched the exact center of the broken glass, but HQST packaged the panels poorly. They only had 4 styrofoam corners to fit 2 panels, but the panels were packed in pairs, face to face, with nothing in between (half the panels had a small thin cardboard corner). The modules I bought from RichSolar were much better packed in a thicker box; I guess that's what the extra $10-15 gives you?
