Better than suction cup mount

I'm sick of my detector constantly falling off the windshield, it comes with a silicone strip that grips the rearview mirror mount and holds the assembly in place. Small hardware was an issue with installation (small nuts and bolts were difficult to align at an awkward angle behind the mirror, good luck finding them if they fall off) but once tightened it's much better than a suction cup mount.
