Great headset at a low price
Great hands-free headset that works great with the Avaya 9608G phone. Given the low price, I didn't expect everything to work so well. The design is good and the sound quality on both ends is also good. After purchasing the first set, we bought several more sets for others in our office. It all worked great. Just plug it into the headset jack on the back of your phone and you're good to go. You don't have to do anything else. It would be nice if they offered a dual-ear headset to block out more background noise. I asked but they don't. Overall, I and others who use them in our office are happy with them.
