Just received and works GREAT! I used it for two phone interviews I had to do and I could hear the candidates clearly. It is comfortable and comes with an extra ear as a spare. The cable is long enough, just plug it in and talk! I've already informed my IT department, so if someone else is looking for the headset, they can tell them. Great hands-free headset that works great with the Avaya 9608G phone. Given the low price, I didn't expect everything to work so well. The design is good and the sound quality on both ends is also good. After purchasing the first set, we bought several more sets for others in our office. It all worked great. Just plug it into the headset jack on the back of your phone and you're good to go. You don't have to do anything else. It would be nice if they offered a dual-ear headset to block out more
