These features work properly with Avaya 9608G phones. While these aren't the trendiest headsets out there, they are the best you can find for under $80 each. Not to mention they cost 25% of that amount. The provider communicates very well and is very helpful with the support team. I bought 2 to test out for a couple of weeks and they're still doing great.
