At the 1st hole the bit started to pull through the wood normally, after drilling about 3rd of the way I stopped to clean the bit before drilling further. went to drill another 1/3 and only got about 1/2 inch, the drill bit stopped pulling on itself. It happens so I decided to clean the front edge and move on. no So the rest of this hole went. ! / 2" Clean and clear, over and over again, until I finally got through. How painful!. Because I'm in a difficult position in a very hot attic. I finished it that day. Sending a complaint to Revain, print out a label No problem. Put it back in the box. Started looking for other bits to buy. I still need the other hole. I decided to open the box again and through the last hole tormenting in the hot attic think the bit works fine this time so i decided to save a little if i ever have to use it again i really hope it digs like a second hole.
