Review on GigaTent by Sammy Suratno

Unfortunately, my GigaTent shopping experience was horrible. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I was transferred to an unhelpful representative when I called customer support for assistance. What I bought was also different from what was advertised on their website. In conclusion, I am very disappointed with GigaTent and would not suggest them to anyone.
