Review on πŸ”² Scrapbooking Circle Punch Craft Hole Punch Shapes - Set of Circle Punchers for DIY Albums, Card Making, and Office Supplies - Different Sizes and Designs for Paper Crafting and Photo Projects by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Five circles of different sizes and paper for practice.

All five of these strikes have well-functioning mechanisms. One thing I found out too late was that the circle shown at the top of the punch doesn't necessarily represent the actual size the punch makes of your paper. That's why I have two circles of one size and two circles of a different size in my punch collection! I screwed up because I was looking at the picture instead of flipping it over and looking at the hole in the punch itself. Good punches don't come cheap either, so I'm not too happy with trying to guess the size rather than figuring out what it is. This leads to a major failure in the crafting department. Why isn't the size of the circle he makes included in the actual punch? Some companies do it this way and it makes it easier to buy the same item over and over again. This also plays a role when folding paper. You need to know what circle size is being made. The two largest in this set are the size just above the stamp, below the circle. They are blue and come in 2" and 1Β½" sizes. Three smaller pink punches measuring 1 inch, just over Β½ inch, and just over ΒΌ inch. They don't have sizes so I wrote them with an indelible marker. At the bottom of each stamp is a flat plastic disc that holds the circle you cut out in place. It lengthens to drop the circle on the table or in the hand. This makes it easy to punch multiple discs one at a time and then open the disc to reveal it. It has a smooth movement and the cuts are sharp and won't tear the paper. This set is a bargain. All but the smallest dash are used very often. The smallest is slightly larger than a regular hole punch. They are great for creating dahlia folds or other postcard fold designs. My next card will have some circles on the front with twine attached to make a birthday card with a bouquet of balloons. This is very important for paper crafts. The quality is good too.
