These lights are better quality and more heavy duty than I was expecting. and this goes for the wiring too. the pictures do not do them justice. The new style wire connectors are awesome and make connecting so much easier - NO Tools Required to connect. I gave 4 stars for Weather proof because I've only had them for 2 Months and cannot rate that yet. I used these for Halloween Display then left them out and Use to light up the landscaping - Now using them for Christmas Red and Green display. The only quirk I have found is that when you click the Off button on the remote to turn the lights off it does not save the OFF mode - the next night when the lights turn back on in White mode instead of OFF mode - every other mode and color saves except for OFF mode.
