I found my dream "Jammers" I like my pajamas big and sloppy. I usually wear a large size (5ft 4in, 168lbs) but I have an X-Large and yes they are big but that's how I ride. I figured if the X-Large is too big and doesn't hold up the pants, go back to "Large". But they fit great. So if you like tighter pyjamas, choose your normal size. I like these so much that I immediately ordered 2 more pairs. NOW I can wear them every night and I can get rid of my cotton pajamas. I always thought cotton was the coolest for hot flashes and night sweats. I'm a 100% cotton girl, but I can promise you - they feel like you're wearing nothing, feel great, and the first night was the first time in years I didn't wake up soaked. I don't know how they work, but they did and I slept "dry" all night
