To clarify, I used the smallest cone at the highest setting and that was user error. If anything, I wish it had an even smaller cone mount and/or more power (I know I'm crazy) - but don't let that fool you. A lot of performance for the price and overall worth five stars in my opinion. This is my first suction blackhead remover so there is nothing like it but it makes it easy and quick to treat blackheads. Only a small acne remedy used to be used to treat single acne, but this takes time and is not very convenient. However, use it on deep pores that the suction tool cannot reach. This works best with smaller pores - I was able to clean my entire nose and chin with it. Battery life is surprisingly good; I maxed it out and was impressed with how long it held a charge. Didn't die during use and there is no noticeable loss of performance even after more than 15-20 minutes in a row. I preferred it to other brands for the mainly black and white color profile as lime green isn't quite suitable for the bathroom.
