As soon as I looked at it I knew but I hoped the lock washer would keep it tight. It didn't. The first time it flexed the entire leg wobbled like it was going to come off. To fix it you need to take off all the screws remove the leg and retighten it. Then replace the leg using the old holes. Replacing the screws weakens the mount even more. Not a whole bunch of thought went into this I am guessing. The leg itself is made well, the feet are crap, paint was good. There should be a hole on the inside of the leg with a plastic cover so you can tighten the plate bolt. But like I said there was not a lot of big thinkers around when they made these I guess.
