This sewing machine has many features and is a lower level Bernina. I chose this machine because I was looking for some of the features. One-Step buttonholes, eyelet, bar tack, monogram, auto thread cutter, presser foot speed and pressure. I like it in general. It's easy to use and not slow and quite. However, I have found that I have to bend forward in the foot area and that it takes a lot of arm and wrist strength to fully lift the foot, even after controlling the presser foot pressure. And the monogram is not really needed. The only thing I don't use is a language other than English.
