This is the second time I have purchased this product and the charging port is not working. Other ports work but I need a charging port or the tablet dies and I can't work. I really don't like giving things back. So inconvenient SmhUpdate: Decided to update from 1 star to 3 stars. Although I returned the product I will take it as I bought it from other companies and none of the charging ports worked. All other ports of the item worked. What about the charging port? In any case, I'll give it 3 stars (50-50) for the sake of fairness.
