When I received the product, it could not be used. After connecting, the image kept appearing and disappearing. I used it on another device with a different HDMI cable and it still went in and out. This product works with my MacBook Pro but is destroying my Wi-Fi. I read online that some USB-C to HDMI adapters interfere with WiFi frequency. I've heard that aluminum foil around the wired part of the key solves the problem, which happened in my case, but sometimes I have lag. I'm a bit disappointed with this product.

This adapter works great with my Samsung Note 9 and our Vizio Smart TV. The TV is a bit dated and we can't connect Disney+ directly to it, but this adapter plugged into my phone solves that problem. It's also nice that you can connect a charger to it, as the device needs to be plugged into your phone's charging port. Highly recommended!

The adapter worked fine for me. I can use it as a dock where I just have to unplug one thing and go. My power cord and HDMI monitor adapter plug right into it.
