Review on Cookit 15 Piece Knife Set for Kitchen, Stainless Steel Knives with Block and Manual Sharpener - Perfect for Chefs by Megan Smalls

I received this set of knives the day before Thanksgiving and as a family cook I immediately started using them to chop vegetables etc for Thanksgiving dinner. Sadly, having used our old dull knife set for twenty years, I'm not used to using quality (ie sharp) cutlery - and the bandages on my fingers are proof of that! The bottom line is that these are the highest quality knives I have ever used - they are very sharp and feel very strong - but at a very reasonable price. I am delighted and I regret that I have not bought them for a long time - it would be much easier to cook!
