Pros: True to size, springy, looks cool Cons: Rocker is annoying. Your legs are literally pushed up in the air and bent into an awkward shape. The pads on the forefoot are significantly less soft and springy compared to the heel. It's also a bit unstable and sacred. I have flat and slightly wide feet. I run with my forefoot/toes and every time I run I can feel my toes pressing down on the ground due to the lack of cushioning at the front of the shoe.
