First of all, Charger City was quick to respond and honored the warranty - my mount broke the first two times. He collapsed again and did so for the 3rd time. And this is the last time I play around with this mount. I still have 1 year warranty but why would I need another one of these if it breaks? I bought this item in April 2020 (should be a clue right? - 2020?) anyway, then it broke in June, again in July and now in January 2021. Just not worth the hassle.
