They all work as they should. They are also surprisingly sensitive considering they would have a large thermal mass compared to other sensors. Connecting to the Arduino was a breeze with online examples. Each of them has a built-in serial number to be able to call multiple connected sensors; Search online for a code to extract their serial numbers (not listed on the sensor). I have enjoyed using them to control the temperature of multi cookers for a variety of purposes. They worked reliably in 200F hot wax.
