Shabby Chic certified

Electric screwdriver/drill required to install legs. Works with shabby chic decor. Heat emanates. I'm used to the radiator, but it heats well. Didn't think I'd use the lighting feature, but it's nice. I'm not sure if only the lighting function as well as the heating element have to be considered. I ordered a second one but it made club noise when only using the light settings. The exchange was easy. The replacement block works great.
