No noticeable difference compared to regular DHEA
I have not noticed any difference between taking or not taking. I have found that with regular use of DHEA I have improved my mood and increased my energy. I decided to give it a try since the articles claimed that the 7 keto versions of DHEA have fewer side effects and are a safer, more natural form of DHEA. It may be so, but it doesn't give me vibes and energy. Regular DHEA works much better, but unfortunately my hair keeps falling out. The fallout stopped when I stopped taking regular DHEA. I was hoping it wouldn't have this side effect. This side effect was not, but nothing else. I just can't win with DHEA.
