What can we do with the resolution

We love the ease of use of the gauge and accessories. However, in a month and a half of use only three times. Does the device no longer register the temperature or volume of the water supplied? Having trouble finding a Digiten service contact? Having spent 100.00 on the entire product through Revain I think it will be possible to find a service contact. You just have to fix it because it's business and you can't afford downtime. Thanks, I hope someone answers
