The product was delivered within a few days. It took me a week to find time to install it. Installation was pretty easy. Took me about 30 minutes to remove the old block and another 30 minutes to install the new block. That's because I'm not a handyman. One of the two black plastic parts for screwing in the hot and cold water pipe did not fit, the size is slightly smaller. So I used the old one to make it more solid. The rest turned out fine. The entire block is 75% metal except for the lower part of the neck which is plastic to match the color of the metal.
