I ordered them for a project. (20 total) Of the ones I ordered, 2 of these went through 12v instead of 5v or 3.3v. I also had two of these where the voltage jumpers were connected incorrectly because the pins were bent, so the output was for that side zero volts. After straightening the pins, they were fine. In terms of voltage, they were typically within 10 volts of the expected value, usually on the low side. So 4.93V instead of 5V or 3.22V instead of 3.3V. Also note that power regulators get very hot. like 2-3 seconds of touch before it becomes uncomfortable. (I have no other way to measure.) For my application, I replaced the pins that plug into the breadboard with screw terminals, but I checked a few on the breadboard and they were tight. In some cases I had to straighten the pins to fit. I ran one of them on a load for 48 hours and it worked fine the entire time. Considering the price, it's worth the money to me. Just make sure you check the voltage before connecting it to a circuit.
